Blackwells Bookshop

Oxford is a City of books,
abounding in authors and publishers,
bookshops, libraries and readers:
philosophers, poets and scientists;
the Oxford University Press;
Blackwell’s and the Bodleian Library;
you and me

Apart from The Bible, the best
example of an Oxford book
is the Oxford English Dictionary –
no longer available
as a book.  Read it online.
IT has made volumes redundant for
you and me

(But not, as yet, this one!)
Change is always a challenge.
Progress perplexes, as it unfolds.
Spelling reform will be next,
making these words incomprehensible, 2
u n mi.
